A Secure, Individualised Container
A private 1:1 breathwork session is a completely secure, individualised container. We all carry stress, overwhelm, and tension differently. In these private sessions, the somatic movements, the pacing, and the specific breathing techniques are tailored entirely to your unique nervous system and life circumstances.
Together, we will uncover how your body responds to stress and we will build a manageable plan to help you return to calm.
Every session lasts for 1 hour where you will feel supported from start to finish.
We begin with a brief conversation to see where you are on that day and we set an intention for our time together.
We then transition into gentle somatic and grounding practices to help to bring you out of your busy mind and into the physical body.
I will guide you through breathwork practices fully adapting the techniques and pacing to meet your physical and emotional needs in the moment.
We allow time for deep relaxation so your body can absorb the work you have done. This is followed by a brief conversation to bring you back to the present and to discuss how you feel before we finish.
The goal of our 1:1 session is to equip you with the skills to become your own healer. As part of your private sessions, you will receive resources to support you outside of our time together.
An individualised collection of grounding and breathing techniques. You can use these tools between our sessions to help you regulate your nervous system whenever you feel triggered or overwhelmed in your daily life.
As we discover exactly what works for your body and mind, we will design your Stay Well Plan. This is your go-to bookletβa personal manual containing your non-negotiables, early warning signs of stress, and long-term maintenance practices for you to refer back to moving forward.
